The eighth generation of the Golf, in the 2022 model year, has received upgraded versions of engines, and now it is possible to buy a Golf Hybrid. A total of eight types of engines are provided. This engine will be equipped with a robotized automatic transmission, and power will be from 204 to 244 horsepower, which is more than enough for comfortable acceleration and power reserve on the track
In the lineup of the new Golf there will be GTI, GTD and GTI TCR versions. And the basic top model will get a powerful motor for 300 horsepower, with all-wheel drive and the available choice of gearboxes.
