The 2024 VW Caddy is a fifth-generation front-wheel drive or all-wheel drive van belonging to the M segment.

After the update, the vehicle received an elegant design, a series of innovative technologies and a full range of features that increase the level of comfort and safety during vehicle operation.

The starting price for the base version is 40,990 USD. Depending on the configuration, the cost can reach $64090.

The van is available in two configurations – passenger and cargo. The vehicle has from 2 to 7 seats, depending on the chosen configuration. There are Caddy and Life configurations.

The car has received exterior design changes. The stylish radiator grille with clear honeycomb lines emphasises the elegant shape of the halogen headlights. LED headlights are available as an option.

Technical characteristics

The car has several engine options that work with the Twindosing exhaust gas neutralisation system.

Under the hood is a 1.5-litre petrol engine with 116 hp. There is also a 2-litre diesel engine with an output of 102 to 122 horsepower. The engines are mated to a 7-speed automatic transmission with DSG clutch.

The braking system is represented by front and rear ventilated disc brakes. The suspension is represented by front McPherson struts and a rear rigid axle.

The multimedia system is represented by a 10-inch touchscreen and We Connect mobile applications. The Innivision Cockpit digital instrument cluster is available as an option.

It features voice control for playing music, using navigation or making calls. The same control options are available through the multifunction steering wheel.

The exterior mirrors are heated and adjustable, and the car is equipped with keyless entry and LED interior lighting.

Safety Features

In addition to passive safety systems, airbags and belts, the car is equipped with additional driver assistance systems. The list includes a trailer assist, adaptive cruise control, emergency braking, and lane keeping assist.
