The Volkswagen Jetta is a front-wheel drive C-class sedan. The seventh generation of the model (MK7/A7). The car was officially unveiled at the North American International Auto Show (Detroit) in January 2018. The model is assembled in Mexico.

In this generation of the Jetta in terms of design moved away from the concept of “Golf c trunk” – the exterior design of the car turned out to be original, although it retained the family traits of the brand. The reason for using the new concept is reorientation to the new market and, accordingly, the tastes of consumers: about 116 thousand cars were sold in the U.S. in 2017, while in Europe – less than 7 thousand.
