The 2017 VW Golf Alltrack is an all-wheel drive five-seater car in a station wagon body. In 2017, a restyled model of the lineup was presented, based on the seventh generation car. The model combines the qualities of a crossover and a sedan.

The car is offered with a 1.8-liter gasoline engine with 180 horsepower and 280 Nm of torque. The diesel engine has a displacement of 2 liters and produces 150 or 184 horsepower, depending on the boost option.

The engines are mated to a 6-speed or 7-speed dual-clutch DSG or 6-speed manual. For more powerful engines, a 7-speed robotic transmission is available.

The model reaches 100 km/h in 7.8 seconds.
The car has received auxiliary functions during descent. A DCC system with a choice of driving mode is available as an option.

Safety and comfort systems

Adaptive cruise control, automatic braking, pedestrian detection, lane keeping assist, blind spot monitoring, parking assistant, and adaptive light with LED headlights are available as options for the 2017 VW Golf Alltrack.
