2022 Volkswagen Arteon Owner's Manual

Volkswagen Arteon – front- or all-wheel drive liftback of class “D”. Restyling of the first generation of the model. The car premiered on June 24, 2020 in an online presentation format.

The Arteon model is the flagship of the brand (if we leave aside the crossover lineup). And to add even more status to it, Volkswagen also characterizes this model as a Gran Turismo, making a reference to the established tradition of big, powerful and comfortable (as well as two-door) cars for travel. The restyling aims to add a bit more of a fresh note to this vision in terms of design, as well as more advanced technology.

The exterior styling of the liftback has changed slightly with a redrawn front bumper and a raised radiator grille (three more massive chrome slats at the bottom instead of four). The headlights, which go into the elements of the grille, in more expensive versions are now supplemented by a long LED strip, which comes up to the brand logo. Of the changes behind is the pattern of the rear optics. Traditionally for the brand, the R-Line package suggests a more aggressive dodger (C-shaped air intake pattern in front) and larger wheels.

The overall architecture of the dashboard has not changed, but almost all of its elements have received some modifications. Slightly redrawn steering wheel is now equipped exclusively with touch buttons; the control unit for climate control has lost the rotary knobs, instead of them – also the sensors. The maximum size of the central display is increased to 9.2 inches (multimedia system Discover Pro, in the base version – 8-inch display). Revised design of the air deflectors: the elements of the full width of the front panel were replaced by more compact air vents with sharp edges.

We also have owner's manuals for other vehicle years:
