Volkswagen Tiguan – front- or all-wheel drive crossover class “K1”. Restyling of the second generation of the model. The car premiered on July 1, 2020 in an online presentation format.

The Tiguan crossover is the most popular Volkswagen in the brand’s lineup, as well as the most popular SUV in Europe, with 911,000 vehicles sold in 2019. Releasing an upgraded version, engineers and marketing experts have relied on the recognizability of the previous model, as well as the use of more advanced technology (both in terms of power units and in terms of the functionality of various systems of the crossover).

After restyling, the model has redrawn front bumper, LED lights in front (decorated with running lights on the model of the eighth Golf), and rear, more massive radiator grille, referring to the “older” models Touareg and Atlas. In this Tiguan the two-dimensional emblems of the brand are used already, and the model name is now written out above the rear license plate in large letters. For an additional fee you can get matrix headlights IQ.Light (with 24 diodes in each headlight unit, which can “cut out” oncoming and passing traffic). Traditionally for the model, R-Line package is equipped with a dodger with sports design and larger wheels (19 or 20 inches).
