The VW T-Cross 2024 is a compact SUV that also combines the characteristics of a hatchback. The car has received more ground clearance, compactness and safety systems, which is especially important.

The dashboard and door cards are made of durable plastic. The cabin has a compact arrangement of places for storing small items, convenient adjustment of the leather steering wheel. The front row seat has a wide range of positions.

The center panel has an 8-inch multimedia system that provides navigation and additional functions such as communication with Apple Car Play and Android Auto. Technology includes DAB+ digital radio. An optional screen up to 9.2 inches in size is available.

The information display has a diagonal of 8 or 10 inches. A 300-watt Beats audio system is available as an option. There is climate control and touch-sensitive control buttons that look quite modern with backlighting.

VW T-Cross 2024 Technical characteristics

The car is based on the MQB A0 platform with front-wheel drive.
Under the hood is a 3-cylinder in-line turbocharged engine with a displacement of 1 liter. The torque figure is 200 Nm. The power unit produces 95 or 116 horsepower. The engine is paired with a 6-speed automatic transmission or a 7-speed “robot” with a dual DSG clutch.

The manufacturer also offers a 1.5-liter 4-cylinder gasoline engine, which is mated to a 7-speed DSG automatic transmission. This combination allows to produce power up to 150 hp.
